2. Download CWM Recovery Zip file package for Galaxy Tab 7 [Direct Link]
3. Also, download SuperSU Zip file and save/move it on your Sdcard. [Direct Link]

Step 1. To get started, First of all, switch off your device and boot it into download mode by holding the Volume Down+Home+Power Button at the same time. After this if it ask to confirm download mode just hit Volume Up button.
Step 2. Now launch Odin3, and make sure it detects your device. Leave the default Odin settings.
Step 3. Now hit the ‘PDA Button‘, and choose the CWM Recovery .md5 file and click on the Start Button. It takes about 30 seconds to complete the CWM Recovery installation on your device. Odin will also give you the PASS, and your device will Reboot.
Step 4. Now when your device completely reboots, turn it off again and wait for a few minutes, then boot it into CWM Recovery Mode by holding the Volume Up+Power key at the same time.
Step 5. Now you will be using your Volume Up/Down keys to navigate through different options and Home button to select any options.
Step 6. In the recovery mode options, head over to “Install Zip from sdcard” and choose the file you have earlier stored on your Sdcard and select yes to confirm the installation.
