Step 1. Open up your dialer and dial this code on your Galaxy S4 GT-I9505 *#0011#.
Step 2. Now you need to enter into service mode on your GS4, Just hit the Menu button, then hit the Back button. Now again, hit the Menu button and choose KEY INPUT, at last enter 1 and you will be in service mode.
Step 3. Now you need to press the Menu button one more time, and then tap back, which will take you into Main Menu. From the Service Mode, main menu, choose or tap, UMTS [1].
Step 4. After step 3, you will be taken to another menu, here you need to tap the option 1, called, [1]DEBUG SCREEN.
